Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 | Effective Date: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TMSKP ("we", "us", or "our") manages, processes, and protects your information when you access our website, use our software utilities, or install our Chrome Extensions.

TMSKP develops software utilities designed to respect user privacy. We build our tools on a local-first architecture, meaning your files, text prompts, and automation workflows stay in your browser session and are not transmitted to or harvested by TMSKP servers.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

TMSKP does not sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information. Specifically:

  • No Content Harvesting: We do not collect, view, or log your user-entered prompts, scripts, images, audio, or generated outputs.
  • No Browsing Surveillance: We do not track, log, or monitor your web browsing history or activity across websites.
  • No Telemetry or Profiling: We do not install third-party tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or behavioral profiling trackers in our extensions.
  • No Payment Card Storage: We never receive, process, or store credit card numbers or banking credentials on our infrastructure.

2. Local Browser Data & Extension Permissions

Our extensions run locally within Google Chrome using standard Manifest V3 APIs. Depending on the specific tool you install, the extension may request permissions to perform its core tasks:

  • Local Storage (storage / unlimitedStorage): Used exclusively to persist your user settings, queue states, execution history, and activation status locally on your computer via chrome.storage.local and browser IndexedDB.
  • Automation Execution (activeTab / scripting / debugger): Requested only by automation tools that interact with targeted web interfaces at your explicit command. Interaction occurs directly between your browser and the target web page.
  • File Export & Renaming (downloads): Used to download output files directly to your local computer and organize them according to your custom timestamp or naming settings.
  • Tab & Side Panel Management (tabs / sidePanel): Used solely to open tool interfaces, display companion panels, or direct you to checkout/help documentation when requested.
Important Clarification: A declared browser permission reflects the technical capability needed for an extension to operate. It does not mean data is transmitted to TMSKP. All automation tasks execute locally inside your own browser environment.

3. License Validation & Third-Party Payment Processing

When you purchase or activate a paid plan for a TMSKP extension, processing occurs through secure, designated providers:

  • Payment Processing (Dodo Payments): All checkout transactions, billing cycles, tax handling, and invoice delivery are handled directly by our authorized merchant of record, Dodo Payments. When purchasing, your payment data is submitted directly to Dodo Payments under their independent privacy policy and security standards.
  • License Verification: When you enter a license key to unlock premium features, the extension sends a secure HTTPS request to the licensing API endpoint (api.dodopayments.com) containing your license key and an anonymized device identifier. This request verifies key validity, subscription status, and allocated device seats.
  • Offline Grace Period: To protect your workflow during temporary network interruptions, validated license states are cached securely in local browser storage for a defined grace period before re-verifying online.

4. User Inquiries and Customer Support

If you contact TMSKP support via email, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide:

  • Your email address.
  • Your order number, transaction ID, or license key (for billing and activation support).
  • Your description of technical issues or software questions.

This correspondence is used exclusively to assist you, resolve software issues, or fulfill billing requests. We retain support records only as long as necessary to provide ongoing assistance.

5. Security & Data Retention

Because your operational data remains in your local browser, you maintain complete control over it. You can clear your stored extension data, cached files, or license credentials at any time by deactivating your device inside the extension settings, clearing your browser storage, or uninstalling the extension.

6. Policy Updates & Inquiries

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect software updates, new browser standards, or evolving legal requirements. The updated date will always be visible at the top of this page.
