Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 2026 | Universal Terms for TMSKP Software & Extensions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of software extensions, automation utilities, digital products, and websites operated under the TMSKP brand ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing, downloading, activating, or using any TMSKP extension or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not install or use our software.

1. License Grant & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable license fees:

  • Grant of License: TMSKP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software solely for your personal or internal business workflows.
  • Device Allocation: Paid licenses are activated per authorized device/browser seat according to the purchased plan. You may deactivate an authorized device through the extension settings to transfer the license to another device you own.
  • Prohibited Actions: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, circumvent license verification, redistribute, resell, or lease TMSKP software without our prior written authorization.

2. Local Execution & User Responsibilities

TMSKP extensions operate directly on your computer within your Google Chrome browser:

  • Local Operation: Our tools provide local workflow automation and file assistance. You are in direct control of initiating automation cycles, scheduling delays, and choosing which web pages to interact with.
  • User-Supplied Prompts & Content: You are solely responsible for the prompts, text, images, and content you submit or generate while using our tools. You must ensure your use complies with all applicable intellectual property, privacy, and content regulations.
  • Responsible Automation: You agree to use automation features responsibly. You must not use our software to engage in denial-of-service activities, abusive web scraping, unauthorized access, or actions that violate the terms of third-party platforms.
Independent Software Notice: TMSKP is an independent software developer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TMSKP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third-party platform that you choose to interact with using our automation tools.

3. Third-Party Websites & Platform Changes

Browser extensions frequently interact with web pages rendered by third-party services:

  • Third-party websites may change their user interfaces, HTML structures, API endpoints, or terms of service at any time without notice.
  • While TMSKP endeavors to maintain and update its extensions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility if a third-party website fundamentally alters its platform structure.
  • You are responsible for adhering to the terms, community standards, and rate limits of any external website you interact with while using our tools.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

All digital purchases and subscriptions for TMSKP software are processed through our payment partner, Dodo Payments:

  • Dodo Payments handles payment collection, taxation, and billing management.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing term (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • "Lifetime" licenses provide access to the specified major version of the product for the lifetime of that software product, without recurring subscription fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to TMSKP software—including code, user interfaces, branding, icons, and documentation—remain the exclusive property of TMSKP.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TMSKP SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TMSKP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
